20 years in FinTech. Then the jump.
I spent 20 years building technology platforms in the financial industry — as CPO, COO and CEO in WealthTech and Asset Management. I know how to digitize complex processes, how to turn data into business models, and how to understand an industry from the inside.
In 2025 I founded Individual Journey — a boutique travel agency for Central Asia. Not out of market analysis, but out of personal transformation. Every route we offer, I've lived myself.

What I found in the process: the travel industry is where FinTech was in 2005. Fragmented processes, legacy systems, no AI strategy. The window is open — for about 12 to 18 months.
Voyager AI is my answer. Individual Journey is the living proof that it works. The technology we built for ourselves, we now license as White-Label to other tour operators.
